Sales Tax
Florida residents are subject to sales tax. Bella256 Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Zero Tolerance on Chargebacks

Payment Methods
There are different ways you can pay for your orders:
1. PayPal Credit, Paypal Express Checkout with your Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard)
2. Payhip is used for our Wig Biz Academy. Page Links will be identified as Bella256 Boutique
3. Sezzle (interest free payment plan)
Paying with PayPal
1. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line.
2. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you could make the payment.
Advantages with using Paypal:
Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Bella256Boutique doesn’t see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal’s server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
Paying by Credit Card
Paying by credit card is safe, easy and convenient at https://www.Bella256Boutique.com. We currently accept Visa and Master Card.
Note: Bella256Boutique.com does not store or review your credit card & personal information. As such, should any issues arise regarding your credit card transaction, please contact your credit card company for assistance. Bella256Boutique cannot accept any responsibility for any credit card payment issues.
*Your Shipping and Billing address must match or your order will not be processed due to high fraudulent risks.
Processing Time
Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days once your payment method has been cleared. Processing time may be delayed due to client payment errors, discrepancies with name, or unverified billing and shipping address. In the event that a your information remain unverified due to high risk/fraudulant risk, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
Wig Production Time
Please allow 7-14 days for custom wig construction depending on order demands.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority. Bella256 Boutique only ships to locations within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We require a signature confirmation to ensure that all orders arrive to the provided destination. We ship on business days Monday-Friday. No shipping will occur on holidays or weekends.
Bella256 Boutique is NOT responsible for:
Delays with USPS Shipping
Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages. You will receive a tracking number to track your package. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. We are not responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your mailing address by USPS.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation and require a signature. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed at [email protected].
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times. Sometimes there is a delay in the USPS Tracking System and it may take 1-2 business days to update. Bella256 Boutique cannot be held liable for USPS shipping guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Defects or Problems With Your Order
Our items undergo several quality assurance checks to ensure that our customers are satisfied. We stand behind our products.
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 24 hours to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. We are not responsible for incorrect sizing if you selected to not complete a wig consultation, incorrectly take your head measurements, or if you enter/select the wrong head measurements.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we we make a change or cancel your order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Bella256 Boutique is not responsible for buyer error of entering the incorrect billing or shipping address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to edit your order. If you need to edit your order, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

This information may be used only in the matter of education and shall not be reproduced, copied, shared, or edited in any way.
Privacy
Bella256 Boutique value your privacy. We do not sell or share any of our customer’s personal information.
Bella256 Boutique reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use or access of the website for Service following the positing of any changes to the Terms of Service constitutes acceptance to those changes. to change its procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
